Château

The most impressive collection of LA CORNUE kitchens. Eight types of Château kitchens are made to order in widths from 75 to 180 cm. The cooktop is composed of gas burners, a ceramic surface, an induction hob, grill, Plaque and Teppanyaki. All models in the Château series have a vaulted oven, and in the wider versions, it is possible to incorporate two ovens or a warm cabinet.

The slow-cooking cast iron plaque is designed for cooking with low heat. The cast iron surface is heated with gas, but resembles old cast iron stoves, once heated with firewood or coal. The surface has three removable cast iron rings that make it possible to adjust the surface to cook with larger pots and pans.

The Lava Rock Grill uses natural lava rock, which, when heated, resembles real charcoal. The grill uses gas to create a real fire. A huge cast iron grid, which can endure very high heat, helps to control the temperature. Easy to remove and clean.

The Teppanyaki, a Japanese stainless steel direct cooking surface, is very popular among chefs. The surface heats up rapidly and reaches over 200°C – a temperature not possible to reach when cooking with pans. This allows fast, effective preparation with an element of spectacle, as food sizzles before the eyes. Suitable for fish, shrimp and seafood, vegetables and other meats.

A cooktop with gas burners and an induction hob are also available.
